Online therapy, anywhere in Pakistan

Your postcode should not decide whether you can talk to a qualified psychologist. We are a Karachi clinic with a national online practice, six days a week, in English or Urdu.

A therapy session happening over a video call

Why we built a national practice

Qualified psychologists in Pakistan are concentrated in a handful of cities. If you live outside them, the options have historically been travelling for care you cannot travel for weekly, or going without.

Online therapy fixes the arithmetic. A session costs you an hour rather than a day, which means weekly work becomes realistic, and weekly work is what actually moves anxiety, depression, grief and relationship difficulty.

We are based in Karachi. We see clients in clinic and at home here, and everywhere else in the country by video or audio call. The therapist, the methods and the confidentiality are identical either way.

What stays the same online

  • The same qualified therapists, in English or Urdu
  • The same evidence-based methods, including CBT
  • The same confidentiality: nothing leaves the session
  • The same hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm PKT
  • Audio-only sessions where the connection or your comfort calls for it

In Karachi, you have all three

Clinic appointments, home visits and online sessions. These are the areas we work across.

For most of what people bring to us, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and relationship difficulty, remote therapy works comparably to in-person work. Consistency and the fit with your therapist matter far more than the medium.

All of them. We have dedicated pages for Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sukkur and Bahawalpur, and we see clients from smaller cities and towns on the same basis.

English and Urdu. We do not currently offer sessions in Pashto, Sindhi, Punjabi, Saraiki, Balochi or Brahui, and we would rather tell you that before you book than after.

No. You can book directly through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp.

Sessions can run audio-only, which needs very little bandwidth and works perfectly well for talking therapy. If a call drops we pick it back up.

No. We are a psychology practice. If we think a psychiatric opinion would help, we will say so and you can pursue it alongside therapy.

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm Pakistan Standard Time. Later-afternoon and early-evening slots are the ones working clients usually take.
